The Corner Office Isn’t the Finish Line.
After decades of building, leading, and delivering results, many executives arrive at a quieter question:
What comes next?
Not because something is wrong.
But because something has changed.
I work with CEOs — many of them founders — navigating this transition — whether you’re preparing to step out of operational leadership, or already living what I call your Third Act.
This is not retirement planning.
This is about designing the most purposeful chapter of your life — with the same intention you brought to building your career.
A Different Kind of Coaching
I’m not a therapist. I’m not a consultant. And I don’t tell you what to do.
What I offer is something simpler — and harder to find:honest conversation, grounded in experience.
For over two decades, I’ve sat across from some of Canada’s most accomplished CEOs — in more than 6,000 one-to-one conversations.
I bring that same perspective, rigour, and confidentiality to every conversation.
This work didn’t begin as a program. It began with relationships — walking alongside leaders through preparation, transition, and what comes after.
The work is quiet. Reflective. And practical.
The Third Act Group
Over time, a number of former CEOs from my TEC groups chose to continue meeting — not to run their businesses, but to explore what comes after.
That has evolved into what is now the Third Act Group.
The group is currently full and by invitation only. As the program grows, new groups may form. If the group isn't the right fit right now, one-to-one coaching may be the place to start.
Is This You?
You’ve built, led, or carried the weight of a business — and much of your identity is tied to it
You’re a CEO — or have been — and you take your own development seriously
You value honest, confidential conversation with someone who has spent decades in the room with leaders like you
You’re navigating something significant — a transition, a decision, or a chapter that’s ending or beginning
You’re not looking for answers — you’re looking for the right questions
What Coaching Looks Like
There is no standard package. The work is shaped around you.
Some conversations focus on a specific transition or decision. Others continue over time — as a confidential sounding board, alongside your TEC membership or independently.
The pace is yours. The agenda is yours.
What I bring is perspective, structure, and a place to think clearly — without pressure, and without noise.
This is not high-frequency coaching. It’s thoughtful, deliberate work.
If this question — what comes next? — is active for you, this is where we begin.
