Day 17 Hontanas to Boedilla del Camino

This was yesterday. A very long 28Km and some nice scenery. One big climb, about 280m in elevation, then a short plateau and then back down again. A stop in Castrojeriz was a highlight, another church and a museum, well done. I was allowed to take photos inside the church. Along the way I saw the marker shows by 424Km to Santiago, which means today I passed the midpoint of the 800K. The second half will go faster in that I cannot take too many rest days, already taken 3, another combo this weekend in Leon.
